This exercise and assessment is very frustrating it reminds me of how unfocused I am. For the first time I can possibly empathize with how people with ADHD feel.  I can not keep my mind focused. The closest I have come to keeping focused is when I am reading. When I am listening to the audio. My mind wanders mostly towards the time. I am upset that im not able to relax and trust the activity. I will start thinking of my to do list. I really would like to know if there are others who are unable to allow this activity to peak at its most beneficial potential. To compare the too is redundant but I was able to do the integral assessment it was more like self awareness. assessing your worries concerns and obligations.  These are the things that would pop up uncontrollably while doing the love and kindness audio.
 After this class i am going to go back and reread the material when im not on a time constraint to do so. My reason is found on page116.  It states the the full lowering of these levels of achievement- sustained health ,happiness, and wholeness- will not occur until we prepare the ground and carefully ripen our lives. When we do that, the results will be permanent and irreversible like an etching in stone.  How will i implement greater wellness by rereading this book off the time constraint i have saved the audio and will keep trying.

This is what i desire I have learned about integral health and it has become my desire my goal and will be my achievement.
